Learn About Advanced Leadership Group And What We Do For Our Clients

We follow a step-by-step process to help our clients evolve.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

How We Work

Step By Step

1. Meet with top leadership to discuss the organization’s evolution to this point and where the pain points are.

2. Meet with other front-line stakeholders to discuss their pain points and see if they align with top leadership.

3. Survey line-level employees to solicit feedback on issues as well as potential solutions. Employees own change more readily when they feel they’ve been involved in the decision-making process.

4. Embed one of our top leaders within the organization to personally work with teams, observe the culture firsthand, witness collaboration and more.

5. Prepare a full written evaluation of the organization and proposed solutions and established measurable milestones.

6. Work with the organization to execute those proposed solutions using a day-by-day, structured corrective action plan identifying which KPI actions will impact (Productivity, Profitability, Morale, etc.)

7. Measure final results at 1, 3 & 6-month milestones.
